About Us
Gemma, Karen and Sarah have joined together to open purely PILATES in Brighton and Hove. They are all fully qualified Stott Pilates Instructors. Stott are regarded as one of the leaders in the Pilates field (see www.stottpilates.com for more information).
The team work closely with health practitioners in the area, for example, osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists (see links), and have had fantastic results freeing clients from pain and rehabilitating them after injury.
Since opening in 2008 Purely Pilates has expanded to include a team of eight Stott certified instructors. As a team we work closely to ensure continuity between classes and to keep up to date with the latest information.
‘We came together to open purely PILATES through a mutual desire to offer clients quality service in a safe and comfortable environment. Working as a team, within one central point, gives us the opportunity to meet every individuals needs, assuring the utmost care and attention at all times.’
