    Come and learn 'Living Pilates' with Carla Amour, one of our wonderful instructors at Purely Pilates. Carla is passionate about empowering her clients to be their very best through a Pilates practice that incorporates, ‘mind, body & soul. It gives her great pleasure to take her clients on their Pilates journey, equipping them with the knowledge and skill to incorporate Pilates Principles and practice into their daily lives, which is why she is so excited about running this Living Pilates workshop at the Studio.
    Part 1 - Breath and Breathing: Finding your personal breath rhythm to facilitate intelligent and safe movement.

    • This Week’s Principle – Breath & Breathing
    o Finding your personal breath rhythm to facilitate intelligent and safe movement
    o Anatomy of Breath
    o Reviewing or learning various styles of Pilates Breath
    o Understanding and Mastering 5 Traditional exercises focusing on today’s Principle
    o Finding the congruence between these exercises and daily activities and movements.
    o Build a deeper Personal Awareness of your body - Integration for ‘Contrology’.
    • Introduction of a 'Pilates Toy'
    • Setting your own home programme
