Purely Pilates MAT-WORK Timetable
Mat-work Class Course Dates 2010 (Courses are 8 weeks in length):
Jan 4 - Feb 22
Mar 1 - Apr 19
Apr 26 - Jun 14
Jun 21 - Aug 9
(Drop in classes will run between August 10th and September 5th for Purely Pilates clients)
Sep 6 - Oct 25
Nov 1 - Dec 13 (7 weeks only)
NB- If you are unable to make your class Purely Pilates offers the option of dropping in to another mat- work class. This offer is subject to availability and must be at the same class level. All missed classes must be used within the eight week block that you are booked onto.

Terms and condition
Cancellation Policy of one-to-one, two-to-one or studio sessions:
24 hours notice is required for all one-to-one, two-to-one or studio sessions or the full fee will be charged.
Cancellation of Mat-work classes:
A non- refundable deposit is required when booking your space on a Mat-work course.
A studio session will only run with a minimum of 2 people.
How to get started?
Prior to attending a Mat-work course you will need to have a one-to-one session or attend a Principles class in which you will be taught the Stott Pilates Principles.
