Mat-work classes 8 weeks for £72
An absolute beginners mat-work course is recommended for those that are new to Pilates. The Mat-work courses are eight weeks in length (course length may vary dependent on bank holidays etc.) Classes are limited to eight people to ensure personal tuition and care. Our classes will incorporate small equipment such as fitness circles, Swiss balls and foam rollers.
Studio Sessions £20 / Block of 10 £190
Studio sessions are limited to four people, each person benefiting from their own personalised programme. These sessions take place in our unique equipment studio where you will use Stott’s Reformer, Rehab Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. The studio equipment can make Pilates more challenging whilst also accommodating any weaknesses, specific injuries.
A studio session will only run with a minimum of 2 people. An alternative timeslot can be arranged if necessary.
One-to-one £45 | Two-to-one £55
A one-to-one is recommended for those who have been referred by a health practitioner.
A postural and movement analysis will be undertaken by your instructor and any key issues will be highlighted. These sessions are suitable for those with injuries, specific needs or those who simply prefer a one-to-one personal session.
REFORMER CLASSES £100 for 8 week course
Reformer classes offer the opportunity to work in the reformer studio but in a class environment. A reformer-based workout adds resistance to the Pilates repertoire therefore creating a more challenging workout. These sessions are limited to six clients and a good understanding of Pilates mat-work is recommended prior to attending.
Pregnancy CLASSES £80 for 8 week course
Pregnancy Pilates will help you to enjoy your pregnancy to the fullest. Limited to eight clients to ensure personal attention and care, it’s a friendly environment to meet others going through the same, wonderful experience. We realize how important it is to you to know that you and your baby are in safe hands. Our highly qualified instructors will work closely with you adapting the Pilates repertoire according to the trimester and needs of the individual mother to be. The aim of a Pilates class during pregnancy is to maintain muscles tone, endurance and strength with a particular focus on the pelvic floor. Pilates will help you achieve optimal fitness and health for both you and your baby, during your pregnancy and for labour. Pilates can help to improve circulation, decreasing the risk of blood clots, varicose veins, leg cramping and swelling. It can assist in regulating fatigue levels, as well as improving sleep. Post natal benefits are quicker recovery of body shape and muscle tone after the birth.
