Mat-work classes pilates mat work icon

pilates mat workAn absolute beginners mat-work course is recommended for those that are new to Pilates. The Mat-work courses are eight weeks in length (course length may vary dependent on bank holidays etc.) Classes are limited to eight people to ensure personal tuition and care. Our classes will incorporate small equipment such as fitness circles, Swiss balls and foam rollers.

Intermediate

pilates studio equipmentStudio sessions are limited to four people, each person benefiting from their own personalised programme. These sessions take place in our unique equipment studio where you will use Stott’s Reformer, Rehab Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. The studio equipment can make Pilates more challenging whilst also accommodating any weaknesses, specific injuries.
A studio session will only run with a minimum of 2 people. An alternative timeslot can be arranged if necessary.

One-to-one / Two-to-one pilates studio one to one icon pilates two to one icon

one to one pilates sessionsA one-to-one is recommended for those who have been referred by a health practitioner.
A postural and movement analysis will be undertaken by your instructor and any key issues will be highlighted. These sessions are suitable for those with injuries, specific needs or those who simply prefer a one-to-one personal session.
